Sherri Brown

Executive Director

Sherri has lived in LaGrange since 1996. She grew up in the Chicago area, then moved to Texas where she graduated from Baylor University. She came to Georgia to begin her first career as a writer for both magazines and newspapers, including 12 years as a reporter for LaGrange Daily News. She has also been involved in community volunteer work, helping to bring a national housing-rehab program to Troup County and directing a community based national camp in LaGrange. She is married to Greg and they have three daughters.

Sherri is available to speak to your group about Circles and/or about poverty. She is a certified trainer for Bridges Out of Poverty and also leads poverty simulations for businesses, civic groups and churches. Contact Sherri at sbrown@troupco.org or at 706-883-1687.

Holly Roberts

Circles Coach, LaGrange

Holly has lived in LaGrange since 2014. She grew up in Tennessee and graduated from the University of Memphis with a master’s degree in audiology and speech-language pathology. She moved to Georgia in 1996 and served as a volunteer in her communities and churches. She has volunteered with the Smart Kids Smart Lunch program and has worked with Circles of Troup County since June 2015. She teaches Circles classes and job readiness training and also works one-on-one with Circles Leaders and Allies.

She is married to Adam and they have three sons.

Tyler Grant

Circles Kids Program Coordinator

Tyler grew up in Fitzgerald, Georgia but has called LaGrange home since she stepped foot on the LaGrange College campus in 2015. After graduating in 2019, she moved to Memphis, but eventually found her way back home. Tyler began working with Circles in August 2020 as an AmeriCorps VISTA and the Circles’ Kids Program Coordinator. She also attends Auburn University and is getting her Master of Education degree in school counseling. She is married to Eli and they have two cute dogs.
