Tinsel Trail is a display of live Christmas trees in the LaGrange downtown square. Local businesses, groups and individuals can sponsor and decorate a tree to show off their creative holiday spirit – or sponsor a tree and donate it to a local non-profit to decorate.
Tinsel Trail is a fundraiser to benefit Circles of Troup County, a local non-profit that exists to identify and eliminate the causes of poverty and support those wishing to lift themselves out of poverty. Circles is a 501(c)3 organization and donations are tax deductible.
2024 DATES
October 15 – registration and payments due to reserve your tree
November 21-22 Set up and decoration days.
November 22 – Opening night event with lights on at dark.
January 1-2, 2025 – Take down dates
SPONSOR LEVELS
Anchor tree sponsor (only 4 trees available) $5,000 donation
• 10-12′ tree on a corner of the square
• tree will be put up and taken down for you signage and electricity
• logo on our website for a year
Opening night event/family night sponsor $2,000 donation
• specific opening night signage
• 6-8′ tree, signage, and electricity
• social media publicity
• take down of tree and early entrance to pick your tree
Spruce Tree sponsor
$400 donation
• 6-8′ tree, signage, and electricity
• social media publicity
• option for an extra $100 and Circles team will take down tree for you
